02 contract due to end

My contract with 02 is due to finish on the 20th July, 2013. I don't want to renew it. What is the procedure?

Hi you need to give them 30 days notice so a phone call to customer services is fine if you want to keep yur number you will need to ask for a pac code so give them a call around the 20th of June

You only need to ring and give 30 days notice prior to the end date.

If you want to use the number elsewhere you need to ask for a PAC which is valid for 30 days.

If you do nothing it will become a 30 day rolling contract.
