    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi im really confused as i had a new sim sent out as mine wasnt working i received the sim today and activated it via the web chat. I still cant make calls, txts etc nor can i receive them. How long does this normally take to come back on? x&lt;/P&gt;</description>
