    <description>&lt;P&gt;i have just switched from my s2 to a s3, suppossedly keeping the same settings i.e 600 mins, unlimeted texts and 750 mb online. i have no internet and cannot connect to my wifi even thou i have put in the same settings. Cannot get hold of 02 phone line as they leave it playing crap untill time runs out, can i return this phone, and update. Been with them 15 years so would hope for better service, obviously makes no difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>How do they know you've been with them 15 years if they haven't answered the phone?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your sim can take upto 24 hours to provision properly. Keep rebooting the phone until it does.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also reboot your wifi router to help with that connection.....</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having no internet on the sim card would have nothing to do with no wifi you must have something else set wrong are you 100 percent its the right password&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If it's a BT Home Hub you may have problems... Try changing the hub's security settings to wep.</description>
