    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I Placed an order for a fast track upgrade on 26th April and paid £179.99 for the handset. I waited a week and had no update since it was out of stock, but the local stores had stock. So I called to cancel my upgrade online. This has sucessfully been cancelled last Friday 3rd May.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They have taken £179.99 from my bank account and I would like this refunded since I cancelled my order. Anyone know how long it takes as I need this back or will they even refund it back lol!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>No reason why they wouldn't refund it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Normally it takes over 5 days to process a refund.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your best bet would be to call CS and speak to them as to when its going to be refunded.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps a bit:)</description>
