      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my phone yesterday to an Xperia T on a pay monthly contract which includes 250mb data, but I've not been able to get a data connection. Data is enabled and traffic switched on, and O2 mobile web is selected as the access point.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 20px;"&gt;I've tried to download the internet settings in Xperia settings but it says 'could not download' (although could this be because I'm not connected to wifi at the moment?).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it's at all relevant, I've had to switch to a new SIM as this phone uses a micro SIM.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So far I have only tried to connect in one place - at work - but I didn't have any problems getting data here with my last phone so I don't think it's just that there's no data signal.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Text the word "active" to 2020. Save the settings that get sent back then reboot the phone.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mi%, thanks for the suggestion. I've done this and it's set up a new APN called O2 Postpay GPRS, but it still won't connect, even after rebooting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Sounds like it's possible. You've tried everything on the phone itself. Best to give them a call on 202.</description>
