My iphone5 is on contract with 02 and my wife's phone is Pay 7 Go and BOTH experience the same problem whenever we stay at this location ST3

When making a call we can hear the other party as clear as day but they cannot hear us and usually hang up after saying "Hello" several times.

When we do successfully make a call during the call again the other party cannot hear us, if we get the chance we explain this to the other party and ask that if it appears we have 'gone' to hang on as the signal will return.

Has anyone else suffered or suffering this problem and what can be done other than changing the service provider?

Thanks
