Hi I was wondering is it possible to change your direct debit to another bank account ? need to know asap

Yes, of course it is and you should be able to do it in MyO2, if that doesn't work give them a ring.

When you say asap do you mean that you have a pending direct debit? O2 can change it but it takes 5-10 days to amend any current requests with your bank.

with new contracts you will need to wait 30 daya before you can change it to another bank.

Yes customer service will arrange the most convenient date for you. Just call them on 202.
