I've just topped up by £10 which was immediately eaten by this new International Favourites thing, but now it will not let me back onto the page I was on to add three numbers.

EDIT: It's taking me to a white page that says "Object moved to here" when I try to log back into this service and add new numbers to the bolt on. I've spent the £10 now to be locked out of this part of the site completely.

International Favourites Invalid Number / Object Moved page

I've been trying to switch from PAYG to the International Favourites bolt on for £10 a month. It's asking for three numbers when I only have one that I wish to call, and also it's telling me that the number is invalid and asking me if I entered it correctly.

It's an American landline number. I've entered it by itself, with 0 in front of it, with 00 in front, with 001 in front (all this with the automatic +1 to the left). Nothing seems to work despite the number being the correct one. How do I get past this?

As far as I am aware the format should look like :- 01593 xxxxxx would be +44 1593 xxxxxx for example.

So putting 1 as the international coding and omitting the 0 from the number should dial an international number.

Unless for some reason, international calls are forbidden on your SIM. That's quite plausible so double check your settings on your handset or with O2 to confirm this.

The International Favourites microstie should always ask for your number and send out a verification code: www.o2.co.uk/if

I am not entirely sure of the format for entering the numbers - but I am pretty sure it is designed to be quite basic with the diallin codes already filled out. If it has +1 to the left, can't you just enter the number starting from the local area code?

If this fails, you can always call Customer Services and they have the ability to manage your numbers over the phone.
