how can i find out when my new phone is going to delivered? tried doing this on uk mail but it says that i need to input the consignment number or reference number. how do i find this out?

If you log in to your O2 account aka Myo2 then you will find the information there.

i've logged on to my o2 and gone to my orders but it gives bo lik to tracking your phone or to see if it has been dispatched.

Normally they're emailed to you on the date of dispatch. (Well and in orders)

Have you checked your junk mail?
