combine international tariff with domestic tariff?

hi, i am new here. activated a sim card for international calls.

now, i want to combine it with a domestic tariff , meaning the both tariffs in a same phone number.

Q1: can I ? and how to ?
Q2: what's the cost of top-up? if i only need to top-up £16.5 (it > 15 according to below descripion) ?

(1)description of international tariff: 'Top up £10 - £14 to get unlimited O2 texts. Top up £15+ to get unlimited O2 texts and calls. Also includes international calls from the UK starting at 1p/min.'

(2)description of the domestic tariff: '500 anytime texts to UK mobiles, 100 anytime minutes to UK mobiles and landlines, 500MB web in the UK for £16.50 a month'

Its not possible to combine two tariffs in one. You have the choice of one or another.
