I left O2 back in November. My number has been moved to another network and I have paid my final bill.

And yet... My "MyO2" account is still up and running.

How do I get it closed and deleted?

If you don't use it it will disappear in about 6 months, otherwise give it a long password and forget about it.

If it worries you phone O2.

I'd leave it till you get a bill showing Zero. Then do as above.
