      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry if this is glaringly obvious somewhere else, but I've had a nightmare trying (or being ignored while trying) to cancel a 2yr contract coming to an end. Just want to give notice. I've spent 40mins tonight on-line chatting to operators who only want to sell me somehting and ignore all my requests to cancel. I want to put the request in writing but don't know where to send it. Very frustrating&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Speak to them on 202 and either give 30 days notice or ask for your PAC. Much better to speak to them.&lt;/P&gt;
