Speak on a phone to a real person ?

Is it actually possible to ring 02 as help links just go round in circles. Time was could ring customer services but cant find a number. surprised they have not rung me as not paid bill for two mth and not going to be able to for a while. Any one got a number i could try as just cant see one ?????? thanks Mark.

Customer services is 202 from a pay monthly contract phone.

to get all contact numbers takes 4 clicks

1 select contact us at the bottom of all pages

2 select it is about my account

3 select a question

4 hit the relevant call us option near the bottom of the page

O2 CS is a real hell! Cannot top up, cannot get any real person on the other end! Luckily I have other sims from their competitors. Complete rubbish! Just spent 40 minutes trying to top up online!! All 5 different cards does not work! I had checked my balances, asked friend to top up my number, tried to phone CS - Nothing works with O2. Complete waste of time!!!

My advice is to move to at least 3Mobile or other decent provider!

If this is your first top up then it must be done using a voucher

After that you can register a card and top up successfully via that route
