I am on o2 pay monthly and I can not recieve phonecalls or call others, says network is busy. Sending and recieving texts works fine however. I've checked the service status and nothing is reported in my area. I have also tried to remove the sim and battery for 10 minutes, with no change. Any ideas? (Im using a samsung galaxy S2) Thanks in advance

Waited patiently for the hubby to get home, just to learn that his phone uses a lot smaller SIM card so no luck there. Took battery and sim card out again and left it over night. Today it's working fine again, so far!

Thank you all for your advice, if it happens again I guess it's just to change sim card.
