    <description>&lt;P&gt;​I am experiencing a persistent 'ghost signal' issue with my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra on the O2 network in the UK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While the phone shows active signal bars, it frequently fails to register incoming calls (which go straight to voicemail without ringing) and cannot initiate outgoing calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This appears to be a network registration issue as the issue is only temporarily resolved by toggling Airplane Mode or restarting the device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
