Missing 2 sim cards.

I have ordered a total of 2 simcards from O2 and both have been given reference numbers to confirm the order was successfully made and neither have turned up.

13th November was the first order.

2nd December was the second order.

I am wanting a physical simcard because esim is a pain to transfer when you get a new phone.
