I recently left o2 after 15 years.
they have been like the mafia.
they have gave me codes to put in my phone and then hacked it.
anyone else get this from them?

Nothing would surprise me these days.

Inept customer service, refund cheques that bounce, questionable sales tactics and ancient systems that just can't cope.

A once market leader has gone to the dogs.
