My phone is not receiving calls or texts from anyone, I can make calls but not send texts.

Check for any local mast issues, @Brian914 -

And if there is a disruption to your O2 service, try disabling WiFi calling on your handset to see if you can get enough signal from another nearby mast for your SMS to send and receive successfully.
