I have woken up today to 3 emails at 2:03am of my mobile number ( 3 different lines) have been taken off my account supposedly changing numbers, but 1 I don’t authorise this 2 I’ve had these numbers for 1-3 years, contract still fully active but basically 3 dead phones…. Plus 1 is for a child ( so safety line) and 1 for an emergency health line that needs to stay active.

how can this be done how is this possible

why have they allowed this ??? I have my accounts locked to different passwords passcodes. …….. what the actual hell
