      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have called O2 today and been fobbed off stating my account it locked and I need to visit an O2 store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;My O2 contact ended in Jan 2025 and I moved to EE with existing number. Why am I still being sent emails and messages stating 'your o2 bill is ready' - I have left O2!! absolutely no help via phone, store or App...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
