      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched to a different provider but my number has not been transferred and the new provider blames O2 for the issue. Can O2 sort the issue please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What you failed to tell people here is that the port was scheduled to happen today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
