    <description>&lt;P&gt;I took a contract out on a phone for my daughter,she has been paying bill direct to o2,but has moved out and can't pay ,is there anything I can do to transfer to her ,so I don't get bad credit rating&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm afraid you are the contract holder and the one that passed credit checks, so no.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With the new price rises you may be able to cancel the airtime element of the bill but the handset loan will still need paying.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
