      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has got to be because I am leaving O2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The text service is not working. 3 hours and two dropped calls and no answer. No online Agents 2 hours later. No response on social media.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want my pac number and to leave this horrendous company.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;God help anyone who joins this network. They shouldn't be allowed to operate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
