When you gave o2 the PAC you should have been given a date and then it normally completes within 24hrs of that date.

If it hasnt completed within that timescale then you need to contact o2

Thank you for the information - everything seems to have moved on a day originally we were told 3rd and 2-24 hours then we got an email stating 4th(today) Had I known they would move the date I would have held off as its now an issue being without my regular number -
