      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just spent over two hours on Facebook trying to get my sim cancelled only to be told I now have to ring up to do it. I no longer have access to a phone so cant ring.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where can I complain about this clown show that is 02 customer service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
