ordering a new sim without being able to use phone without a sim

title says it all

I signed up with pay monthy with esim then my phone broke. unfortunatly this means i cant use my old number to access google play because it'll send the unlock code to my old number which i cant access without the o2 app. any suggestions other thn borrowing someone elses phone?

You have 2 options:

1. Pop to an o2 store with Photo ID and they can issue you a new physical sim for your phone or if you really need on an esim

2. Call Customer Services and they will post an esim pack to you..

That's why we don't recommend an esim for your primary phone.

So much easier to just swap plastic sims as O2 make the esim process too complicated.
