You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Virgin Media customers can phone 150 from their landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

And for the O2 side of Volt: may help - 14 days need to have elapsed before raising the issue, @Angels71.
