Upgraded to a data only.

So I've been with O2 for a while (moved over from virgin media) and I've had my number for years. I recently upgraded to a Samsung pro book 4 and now I can't use my minutes as it's a data only plan. Does anyone know if I can change my plan even if it's a new upgrade? I need the laptop but I also need minutes to make phone calls! Any help would be most appreciated thank you
