      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's ridiculous to be honest&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There must be an awful lot of new customers if credit checks are taking this long&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or very few staff working on new accounts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most companies are now automated for credit checks and only referred to humans if further checks are necessary&lt;/P&gt;</description>
