      <title>Poor Quality Refurbished Screen</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently joined O2 and purchased a "like new" Samsung S23 Ultra.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got the phone and it looked great although it looks like the screen has been replaced at some stage and something doesn't seem right.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firstly the bezel at the bottom of the screen is uneven. There is more of a gap on one side than the other.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Secondly there is no way that the screen is Gorilla glass victus 2. It's literally scratching from just being in my pocket with nothing else (and no sand/grit). As a result I've got lots of micro scratches and I've not even had it a week.&amp;nbsp; I see that I can exchange it as I bought very recently but I'm concerned that I would get penalised for returning it as is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could anyone offer any advice please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
