      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;since a couple of days I have no mobile data coverage, same for my wife who is on PAYG. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The culprit was my and my wife ‘s VPN app which was acting as if the kill switch was on all the time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I raised a fault with O2 - can I close the ticket it somehow?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
