    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was a couple of days late paying my iPad bill what was £11:30, so I paid it yesterday on my bank card from a message I received saying I had to pay it or they would contact my credit score Agency and I would go against my score so I had contacted virtual chat and they said it had been paid into a different account being my mobile phone account what I’d already paid but she say the mistake and transferred it over and my balance was 0, but it’s still saying that I still owe the money&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
