      <description>&lt;P&gt;i ordered airpods 4 with pay monthly. they took £45 upfront and my credit score went thru. i received an email saying we need to take a look at your application please hold tight we'll be back within 24h. it's been 3 days and no email i can't even track my order. i can't even see my order neither can i log in into the o2 app. what can i do. they took the money out of my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
