O2 sending me other customers details

Today I have had a letter regarding an outstanding balance which I paid a couple of days ago. In with this letter are 2 other letters addressed to 2 other people which contains their names addresses account numbers and details of outstanding payments. I have emailed the complaints department but am wondering if there’s anyone else I can report this to as I’m now my details may have been sent to other customers.

I have just had the same things, I have received someone else’s letter within my own letter.
