      <title>No service unless on WiFi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, been through numerous calls with o2, so seeing if anyone here could help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;About a week and a half ago my network stated to become intermittent and mid last week I lost all network access, whereby I cannot make or recieve calls, cannot make or recieve texts, and have no Internet access on my S23 Ultra.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;o2 sent me a replacement sim and when it arrived it was not for the device I was having issues on, so another sim was sent which was the correct one but when activated I was still not getting any network service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;o2 then issued an e-sim and again, I still have no network and still unable&amp;nbsp;make or recieve calls, make or recieve texts, and still have no Internet access, even though they have said it is active.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only time everything works is when I am connected to WiFi which is pointless.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far the following have been done:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New sim and e-sim have been tried&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The physical sim was tried in both sim slot 1 &amp;amp; 2 of the phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A reset of network settings has been done&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A reset of WiFi &amp;amp; Bluetooth settings have been done&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The new sim worked fine in other devices&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sim cards from my other devices worked fine in this phone (S23 Ultra)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone diagnotics show no issues&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Back and forth with o2 is just getting nowhere.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is what I am having trouble understanding....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tested a working sim from my tablet (also on my o2 account) in my S23 Ultra and it was working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The new replacement sim i had received for my non working sim in the S23 Ultra worked fine in the tablet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All this was done whilst on the phone to o2 at their troubleshooting request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Diagnostics were only tested via the settings on the S23 Ultra by myself, but I am visiting a Samsung store tomorrow just to see if they can do their own diagnostics (not that I could see it making much difference as other sims work fine in this S23 Ultra)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
