    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have been advised that there is an issue with the mast in our area of ME1 but it has been days now and I am not getting any update and cannot get through to anyone on the phone.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know what else I can do as it is very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5845511"&gt;@DSMB&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The simple answer is nothing you can do, as repair can take time to resolve due to many factors.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The best way to get updates is to either use the My Network App, or register via &lt;A href="https://status.o2.co.uk" target="_blank"&gt;https://status.o2.co.uk&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also enable Wifi Calling on your phone to be able to make and receive calls whilst at home&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.o2.co.uk/help/international-and-network/wifi/wifi-and-4g-calling" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.o2.co.uk/help/international-and-network/wifi/wifi-and-4g-calling&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also note as per the t&amp;amp;c's, the network is not fault free and there is no service uptime or level guarantee..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
