    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5780484"&gt;@SmallTownHero&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only information we have is this guide &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Activate Apple Watch Guide" id="Guide091"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And dont call the store, pop in and speak to them, as over the phone they will tell you to speak to CS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might be worth speaking to Apple as well, just to get them to check there is nothing tied to the watch on the Apple Servers, but I doubt owt will.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to buy data plan for Apple watch</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - i'm hoping someone out there can help. I've spent probably 3 hours on the phone with O2 Customer Care, and hour with Apple Customer care and still no solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to set up mobile service on a cellular Apple watch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a new airtime plan (eSim) for an iPhone 11. I have paired it to a series 7 Apple watch. Both on latest OS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i try to 'Set up mobile service' from the Watch app on the iPhone, a window opens (black with white text) titled 'O2' and with the message 'Please wait while the page is loading. This should only take a few seconds to complete.' but this is as far as I get, as the page then closes and returns me to the 'Set up mobile service' page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My understanding is that should i have been successful, i would have been taken to an O2 Login screen where i could then go ahead and buy a data plan for the watch. I never get to that screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I made sure the iPhone was on 4G when i did this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've paired and un-paired the watch multiple times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've reset (erased) the watch multiple times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've restarted the watch and phone multiple times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O2 Customer Care have told me everything looks fine their side, and it should work. They've suggested i go into a store. The store (when i phoned them) suggested that i need to talk to O2 Customer Care!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O2 Customer Care tell me it must be a problem with the device, and I should contact Apple.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone help please!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
