      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had a couple of calls the last few days claiming to be from O2. They are saying my SIM needs updated and they want to send me out one. Surely O2 would communicate via text/ email and app this first?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this spam.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
