    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so today my bill came in and I noticed a £30 jump almost on my bill when I checked I didn’t go over my allowance, &amp;nbsp;but my device plan has doubled in price down to the very penny can’t anyone help or advise why this has or would have happened?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
