My phone bill is in my husband name and he pay for it I want to change my bill into my name and I want to pay it

You will need to apply for a new O2 Contract in your name, @NL1 - which includes credit and affordability checks.

Then use the guidance in here to get the number moved to your shiny new O2 Contract.

It is possible to change the payments so they go out of your own bank account.

But to change ownership you will have to take the route outlined for you
