    <description>&lt;P&gt;Contract started in 2023. I am over the 24 months. I wish to end my airtime contract and continue paying the device plan monthly but there are no clear instructions on O2 how to do that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The easiest way for me as I want to keep my number is to request a PAC code. Will that cancel the airtime contract but keep the device plan going?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't want to end up with it cancelling the device plan as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Due to an operation I have had I can't ring o2 for a few weeks so I am currently stuck with messaging which doesn't seem to be working in their app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried x and they said that they can only cancel the device plan as well as the airtime plan. They can't unlink them and said I should call O2. Which is a bit difficult as I mentioned. I asked if I could just request a PAC as mentioned above but no reply as yet&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My O2 contract was taken out early 2023 and was on the refresh thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to jump through hoops though if you want to continue paying monthly, they could have made it easier but don't want to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I text the number for the PAC code and received the PAC code and also a message saying if I use the PAC code then the total amount remaining for the device would become due.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I phoned O2 and they said that I need to use the PAC code, then wait for a bill to be generated, then when the bill comes phone them again, they will then contact an account manager to reset up the device payments they cancelled when I use the PAC code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They could make it easier but obviously are choosing not to&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've had the same issue, airtime hit 24 months, contacted o2 to cancel airtime but continue device plan, was told not possible unless I paid off device plan in full.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Awful headache stuff that seems so complicated and the agents I spoke to, two of them had no idea about the terms stated on the website that I gave them about cancelling the airtime.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
