      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here's a story about a catch 22 situation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O2 user loses phone, orders a replacement SIM card. Then has to activate the card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BUT, it can't be done online. Because it can only be done via the MyO2 app. In order to login you need a confirmation code which is texted to your number. I cannot receive the text because my SIM is not activated!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I have to call 202 and wait however long to get through to an advisor. Then go through lengthy security checks and procedures blah blah blah.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WHY???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This should be an easy process. But instead it is ridiculous.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, I cannot get any verification codes for any of my other accounts that I need to access.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I will be taking my custom elsewhere in the future.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
