    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've seen a few threads about this and am experiencing the same problem - I'm hoping someone can help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been using charge to mobile for various online purchases and for Google Play store &amp;amp; Netflix subscriptions but suddenly now I can't charge anything - it tells me that I've reached my limit (I haven't). Called customer services yesterday and they re-added/removed a spend cap but it hasn't solved the problem and I'm at a loss - can anyone advise please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
