Going over UK data allowance in UK

Hi,

I have a 32GB data allowance on my Sim only package. My understanding when I took it out was that it would give me 32GB of data, and I would only risk getting charged if I went over that amount in a month.

If I look at the usage for this month, it says:

This allowance is made up of the following

7GB UK Data allowance

3.6GB Left of 7GB

Expires 24 Jul 2025

25GB Data allowance

25GB Left of 25GB

Expires 24 Jul 2025

Apparently the 25GB is set aside for roaming in the EU. I'm very rarely abroad. If I go over 7GB in the UK - say I use 12 GB this month, will I be charged for the 5GB in the UK that is outside the 'UK allowance'? Or will it start using the 25GB of my 'roaming allowance' in the UK i.e. so I won't get charged?

You won't get charged at all

You reach 64GB and your data stops unless you buy a bolt on

It's just an anomaly of how data is recorded for Volt customers

Yep

None of mine have added up for months.

UK data allowance can only be used in the UK

The rest can be used either here or roaming
