    <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems that O2 have stopped this way of upgrading&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This may be temporary as this happened previously in March and early April this year&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or it could just be one system is failing and hopefully will be fixed in the next couple of days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might want to check with O2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: How to find help &amp;amp;amp; contact O2" id="Guide058"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi I want to upgrade my SIM with the money supermarket O2 tariff but when it links from their website to O2 I do not get a prompt to upgrade the SIM as an existing customer but instead go through a process to get a new SIM card with a new number. I do not want a new SIM card or number I just want to change the tariff on my existing SIM. How do I do this if I am taking advantage of an O2 offer in money supermarket or uSwitch?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
