I have been paying my partner's monthly bill but we have now split and she wants to start paying for this herself. How do we go about doing this?

If her phone is in your name then they will need pass a credit check and take out a contract in her name (the old one would need to be cleared off)

Once she has her new contract in her own name she can migrate the number to it

Another option is to just change the payment details in your MyO2 for her phone to her bank account, but you will still be the named con tract holder and be responsible for bills if she defaults. Might be a suitable short term solution if you are facing early termination fees.
