Under view standard rates it says Voicemail 20p per minute

Voicemail is free within your allowances

It only becomes chargeable once allowances are used fully

If on unlimited minutes and sms then it will always be free

It is chargeable under certain circumstances when roaming

Thank you, it's confusing as I have unlimited minutes and under my standard rates it says 20p/min.
