Phoning Isle of Man

I am on a sim only deal and get unlimited UK calls. When I go to the Isle of Man, o2 roaming allows me to use my phone normally and I can phone IOM and UK numbers. When I get back the GB I can't phone the IOM at all. Is it me or is this odd and what is the solution?

Use WhatsApp if possible or raise your spend cap to cover costs

@STBK If you intend to use WhatsApp, using it over a Wi-Fi connection to other WhatsApp users is free. Texting and video calling are free too.
