      <description>&lt;P&gt;My elderly mother has changed email address and not undated her account, she also can't remember her password so can't log on to her account online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She did try calling but couldn't understand their accent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She asked them to speak to my father and told me they wouldn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She is now changing providers and leaving O2, I am helping her set this up and keeping note of her login details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If we ask for a PAC code then activate her new account does this close her O2 account? She has just paid her monthly bill?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have power of attorney for both parents&lt;/P&gt;</description>
