Hi, paying £5 monthly for my watch series 10 and noticed small marks where change watch straps and they’re annoying me as only had the watch a month or so. I tried to make a claim but noticed they don’t take claims for wear and tear.

Onto them now but as no Apple care I can’t seem them helping.

@Scotty_j Did you read the terms of the policy before you agreed to it?

Very few, if any policies like that would cover wear and tear unless maybe it happened in the first two weeks, in which case you may have been able to ask for a replacement. Highly doubtful you'll get any joy from O2 or Apple now.

I did. Just a pain it’s only been a month and shouldn’t scratch as easily I’d have thought.

However, @Scotty_j if damaged from being dropped, it would be covered.

I guess you need to weigh up your annoyance factor against the cost of your policy excess.
